Remedial Programs

Remedial is defined as:
  1. Supplying a remedy.
  2. Intended to correct or improve deficient skills in a specific subject: remedial reading.

Remedial programs therefore refer to procedures intended to correct and improve deficient skills.

Audiblox is a comprehensive remedial program, aimed at developing and improving foundational learning skills such as concentration, spatial orientation, sequencing, visual and auditory memory, logical thinking, concept of numbers, fine and gross motor coordination, sensory-motor integration, etc. Audiblox improves performance in reading, spelling, writing and math.

Mrs. P. J. Spibey, a remedial teacher in Australia, wrote: “I would like to tell you how impressed I am with the Audiblox program. I worked with 10 children last year and we did one hour, three times per week for the whole year. I had one child in the class that I had been doing remedial work with the previous three years with no sign of progress. He remained a real worry to me as to his parents. After only one year of Audiblox, he ended up at the end of last year in the top of his class. He has gained confidence in his abilities and I feel is on the road to success.”
